We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Passive Electronic Components to drive business growth and product strategy across India. The candidate should have strong knowledge of passive electronic components with experience in the semiconductor/electronic components industry.

The role involves working closely with suppliers, sales teams, design houses, OEMs, and EMS customers to develop business opportunities and increase market share.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Product Management
- Manage the passive component product portfolio.
- Develop product strategy and business plans aligned with supplier objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Launch current products and promote new technologies.

2. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across India.




- Drive design wins with OEMs, EMS companies, and design houses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronic components distribution industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel across India for customer visits and supplier meetings.
