- Robust site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing contractors, vendors, and daily work schedules.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation methods, with attention to quality and detail.
- Familiarity with basic project management practices, including progress tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Understanding of site safety standards and regulatory requirements applicable to interior projects.
- Proficiency with common digital tools; exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
