Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Java Backend Developer
with 4–7 years of experience in building scalable, enterprise-grade backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Elasticsearch
, along with hands-on experience in cloud-native application development.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance backend services, implementing scalable search solutions using Elasticsearch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise applications. Candidates with exposure to the
eCommerce domain
and experience mentoring junior developers will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and enhance Microservices-based enterprise applications.




- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures for distributed systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Elasticsearch clusters, indexing strategies, Query DSL, and search performance.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Couchbase.
- Collaborate with frontend teams working on React.js and Next.js applications.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and best practice implementation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high application availability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using up-to-date DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
