Key Responsibilities:

1. Auction AssetDisposal Execution

Implement property sale and auction strategies as defined byLead Property Sale.

Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and vendors tomaximize property disposal outcomes.

Track and manage inventory of auctionable assets , ensuringtimely legal and operational clearance.

2. Digital PlatformOversight

Supervise the One Homedigital auction platform (web mobile) for NPA properties.

Ensure end-to-end digitalauction process runs smoothly: auction publication, bidder participation,payments, and reconciliations.

Work with IT/Product teams for systemtroubleshooting, updates, and enhancements .

3. Vendor BrokerManagement

Manage performance of brokersand vendors , ensuring TAT, quality, and compliance with service agreements.

Support onboarding, training,and periodic reviews of vendors to maintain high-quality output .

Escalate performance orcompliance issues to Lead Property Sale.

4. MIS, Reporting Insights

Maintain accurate MIS andinventory records for property disposal.

Track KPIs like propertysold,



revenue realized, bidder participation, and digital adoption.

Provide insights to Lead / Head Collateral Risk for decision-making and process improvements.

5. Compliance Governance

Ensure all property sale andauction activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policyrequirements .

Support audits and regulatoryreviews with complete documentation and timely reporting.

Maintain a transparent andaccountable process for all internal and external stakeholders.

6. Team Leadership Coordination

Supervise and mentor propertysale and auction executives .

Coordinate with branch,central, and zonal teams for seamless execution of property sales.

Promote a culture of accountability,process adherence, and continuous improvement .

RequiredQualicationsand Skills:

58 years ofexperience in property sales, auction management, orcollateral monetization

Exposure to digital auction platforms, NBFC/HFC asset
