Position Overview

Drive business development for commercial and industrial rooftop solar EPC projects by managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project handover.

Purpose of the Role

Generate sustainable revenue growth by acquiring commercial customers, building long-term relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new commercial and industrial customers.

· Generate leads through networking, references,



digital channels and cold outreach.

· Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements.

· Coordinate site surveys with the engineering team.

· Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.

· Explain ROI, payback period, financing options and technical solutions.

· Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

· Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.

· Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams.

· Support collections where required.

· Develop repeat business and customer referrals.
