Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (ACSII)
Position Summary
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting Salesforce solutions with moderate complexity. This role contributes directly to development efforts across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, Lightning development, automation, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools.
- Build and maintain features within Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including custom objects and Flows.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform APIs.
- Implement automation using Flow, approval processes, and AI‑assisted capabilities (Agentforce).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD release activities.




- Ensure Salesforce solutions meet ACS accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and support production deployments.

Technical Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security concepts.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations and API consumption.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps setting.

Certifications (Preferred)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce App Builder
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or AI‑related certification (a plus)
