Role Description
The Senior Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing GST and income tax-related documentation, and supporting tax and audit processes. The role also involves coordinating with clients, responding to queries,



and ensuring timely and accurate filings and compliance with relevant regulations. The Senior Accounts Executive will assist in cash flow tracking, budgeting support, and MIS reporting to aid strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in accounting principles, ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Practical experience with GST compliance, income tax filings, and audit support activities.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, ERP systems) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare MIS reports, and support budgeting and cash flow management.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to coordinate and follow up professionally.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
