Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Support, Settlements, or Middle Office (Equities or Fixed Income).
- Strong understanding of Equity and Fixed Income securities, settlement conventions, and market practices. — MUST.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Fixed Income/Equities trade confirmation, pre-matching, settlement processing, and fails management.
- Strong working knowledge of DTCC CTM and ALERT




- Experience working directly with custodian banks and agent banks.
- Knowledge of BRS Aladdin — PLUS.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with trading desks and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and propose cutting-edge solutions.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global / night-shift operating model.

Must have skillset –
- Trade Support, Settlements, or Middle Office (Equities or Fixed Income).
