Position Overview

Quantity Takeoffs & Cost Development

• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and measurements using drawings, photos, videos, and field documentation.

• Utilize scaling techniques, historical data, and logical estimating methods when dimensions or information are incomplete.

• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.

• Validate estimate accuracy through internal review and quality-control processes.

• Maintain organized estimating files, calculations, assumptions, and supporting documentation.

Pricing Strategy & Vendor Coordination

• Source and validate labor, material, and subcontractor pricing through vendor outreach, market research,
