Role Purpose
The Project Specialist handles daily project assigned tasks and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
This role collaborates with Senior Project Specialists and supports Associate Project Managers and Project Managers with internal and external project meetings, creating, reviewing, and updating project documentation, creating, reviewing, and delivering project archives, status reports and other material as needed

As part of our team, your Key Accountabilities:
Supports efforts associated with successful execution of all project tasks and project archives as directed by the Associate Project Managers and/or Project Manager
Ownership of discrete, delegated project tasks during the Decommissioning phase of a project lifecycle
Maintenance of detailed project archiving including exporting, creation, tracking and delivery, Own archiving action items, issues lists and risk management plans
Escalate project archiving issues as appropriate in a timely manner and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders
