Role Purpose:
The Facility Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of facility operations, ensuring seamless delivery ofhard services, soft services, workplace experience, ESG initiatives, and compliance, while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role acts as asingle point of accountability (SPOC)for all facility-related functions and plays a critical role inbusiness continuity, cost optimization, and employee experience enhancement.
