- Consultative selling models (lead to counseling to conversion) with understanding of funnel and leakage across stages of customer funnel

- Built brand across YouTube, Google, Meta, Reddit etc.

- Experience working with creators, doctors, experts

Should understand:
- Social strategy (Instagram,

Experience in brands with:
- Strong online presence + physical outlets
- Call center / assisted sales models

2. Should be able to:
- Map customer journey across digital to call center to clinic
- Design and improve the customer experience and brand messaging across these touchpoints.
- Improve scripts, counselling narratives, and in-clinic brand experience
- Align messaging across mass marketing and 1:1 conversations
- Work deeply with revenue, operations, and regional teams
