What This Role Actually Requires

This is not a “run ads and send reports” role.

You’ll be expected to:
- Understand a market before spending a single rupee
- Identify where demand already exists (SEO + intent)
- Translate that into high-performing campaigns
- Scale what works and cut what doesn’t — rapid

Your Core Responsibilities1. Market Understanding Before Execution
- Use keyword research and search intent to identify real demand
- Study competitors deeply — ads, funnels, positioning




- Define target audience segments based on behavior, not assumptions
- Align messaging with what people are already looking for

2. Paid Media Execution

Build and scale campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads (when needed)

Structure campaigns based on funnel stages:
- Cold → Warm → Retargeting
- Work closely on creatives and copy direction

3. Funnel Thinking (Not Just Ads)
- Analyze landing pages and conversion flow
- Identify drop-offs and fix them
- Improve lead quality, not just volume

4. Performance & Scaling

Optimize based on:
- Cost per acquisition
- Return on ad spend
- Conversion quality
- Run consistent testing cycles across creatives, angles, and offers

5. Tracking & Data Clarity

Set up and manage:
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Google Analytics
- Ensure tracking is accurate before scaling
- Build reports
