Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and staffing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.




- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with technical and recruitment teams for successful project execution.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation are preferred.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn.
