Role & responsibilities
Housekeeping Manager
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping, laundry, and linen operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Conduct inspections and manage inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 810 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory, budgeting, and hotel PMS is preferred.
