Role Description
The Sales Consultant - Gemstone and Rudraksha (Online) will be responsible for guiding customers through online consultations, recommending suitable gemstones and Rudraksha based on their needs, and supporting informed purchasing decisions.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via digital channels, explaining product features and certifications, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves managing follow-ups, updating customer records, collaborating with the astrology and operations teams, and contributing to sales targets through ethical and informed recommendations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
