Job Title: Account Manager

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our commercial real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances within timelines.
- Manage accounting in Tally Prime and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare MIS Reports and financial reports for management.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Account Finalization.
- Coordinate with CA, Auditors, and Government Authorities for audits and compliance.
- Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Payments.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
- Excellent MIS Reporting and Advanced Excel skills
- Good understanding of real estate/project accounting
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com

Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in Real Estate / Developer / Construction industry will be preferred.
