About the Role
Podium Systems is looking for an experienced Branch Head – Sales & Marketing to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and manage business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive aftermarket sales, business development, team leadership, and branch administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive sales of automotive spare parts, lubricants, and allied products.
- Increase penetration of fast-moving and preventive maintenance products.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Improve active customer engagement and ensure consistent business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure timely month-end sales closure and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, workshops, fleet owners, and distributors.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Collect customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
Business Development
- Prepare and monitor structured visit plans for the sales team.
- Organize product demonstrations, mechanic engagement programs, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to develop growth strategies.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team.
