We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, creative strategy, and e-commerce marketplace marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, and Myntra. They should be skilled in optimizing ad creatives, improving marketplace performance, analyzing campaign results, and collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test creative ideas, hooks, ad copies, and campaign concepts.
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Track performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS, and ACOS.
- Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, and similar marketplaces.
- Plan marketplace ads, offers, promotions, and product launches.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design, content, e-commerce, and marketing teams.

Skills & Competencies




- Strong understanding of Creative Strategy for paid ads.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads and basic understanding of Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce marketplace management, including product listings, catalogue optimization, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
- Ability to understand what makes an ad creative and product listing perform well.
- Valuable sense of design, visual communication, and brand aesthetics.
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, captions, hooks, CTAs, and product listings.
- Basic analytical skills to read campaign, sales, and marketplace data and suggest improvements.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Excel, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
