Position Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building solid customer relationships, and promoting the company's IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, ELV, and Solution Design offerings. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal coordination, sales pipeline management, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and online platforms.
- Generate qualified leads from corporate, SMB, enterprise, manufacturing, healthcare, education, BFSI, government, and other industry segments.




- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
