Evermark Developers is hiring a Customer Support Executive for handling inbound and outbound calls in a voice‑process role. The candidate must have positive communication skills in English and Hindi and will be responsible for generating site visits through calling and follow‑ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Share accurate project information with potential customers
- Generate and confirm site visits through regular follow‑ups
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled visits
- Ensure professional communication at all times
Required Skills
- Good English and Hindi communication
- Confident telephone handling
- Strong follow‑up and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of real estate calling (preferred)
Eligibility
- Prior experience in customer support/telecalling preferred
- Must be comfortable with onsite work
