Qualifications

1. College Diploma / Degree in any specialization (Mechanical preferred).

2. A minimum of 1~2 years of practical experience background in manufacturing of high precision machined products for automotive, locomotive or aerospace

3. Capacity to easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines

4. Good communication skills in English and Local language

5. Basic knowledge of GD&T;, Measuring techniques, knowledge of inspection using gauges, vernier caliper, micrometer, Height gauge, CMM etc

6. Able to interpret mechanical drawings, customer specifications, preparation of inspection reports and document submission to the customer as required

7. Profound knowledge of quality standards

Purpose

A *Quality Executive inspects and* monitors the quality aspects of finished products that are ready to be shipped.



And also to ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers

Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection of all the products which are ready for dispatch to customers
- Take a thorough look at the inspection plans, specifications and blue prints to understand the product requirements
- Reject the material which are fails to meet the quality requirements of the customer and report the issue immediately to the concerned department at the earliest
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standard are met.
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
- Monitor the production phases at various levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
