Educational Qualification

Preferred
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Facility Management
- Bachelor's degree with Facility Management/Hospitality experience

Preferred Certifications
- Fire & Safety Certification
- Industrial Safety Certification
- Facility Management Certification
- Electrical Supervisor Licence (preferred)
- Plumbing Certification (added advantage)

Experience

Minimum: 5 years

Preferred: 712 years

Experience in:
- Schools
- Universities
- Hospitals
- Hotels
- Large residential townships
- Corporate campuses
- Manufacturing units

Key Responsibilities

Campus Operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of the campus from opening to closing every day.
- Supervise the opening and closing of school buildings and gates.
- Conduct morning and evening campus inspections.
- Ensure all operational activities are completed on time.

Facility Maintenance
- Oversee all civil, electrical, plumbing,



carpentry and painting work.
- Carry out minor repairs personally where feasible.
- Coordinate external vendors for major repairs and projects.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all infrastructure.

Housekeeping Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and housekeeping in-charge.
- Ensure classrooms, laboratories, offices, washrooms and common areas remain clean and hygienic.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and inspection reports.

Electrical Systems
- Monitor electrical panels, distribution boards and campus lighting.
- Coordinate DG set, UPS and power backup maintenance.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and timely resolution of faults.

Plumbing
- Monitor water supply systems.
- Maintain pumps, pipelines, storage tanks and washrooms.
- Resolve leakages and plumbing issues promptly.

Carpentry & Civil Maintenance
- Maintain desks, chairs, doors, windows and classroom furniture.
