Role: Technical Operations Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to oversee and streamline technical operations while acting as a key liaison between technical resources, developers, clients, and internal teams. This role requires strong technical understanding, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day technical operations and ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear technical requirements for development and technical teams.
- Oversee system performance, reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.




- Identify and resolve client escalations, technical bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients, developers, technical resources, and internal teams.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings to analyse requirements and gather appropriate resources.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate technical needs from clients to engineering teams.
- Participate in client discussions, technical reviews, and solution design conversations.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and deliverables.

Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate with developers, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
- Direct the team on course of action plans and resource allocations.
- Support technical teams with prioritization, planning, screening resources and workload management.
