Naseem Perfumes is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive with prior BPO or Call Center experience to join our growing sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective customers, promoting our products, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and building strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Naseem Perfumes products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Explain product features, promotional offers, and company services professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries in a courteous manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a BPO, Call Center, Telemarketing, or Telesales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, perfumes, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
