Key Responsiblities
- Design various types of recent stamping dies as per requirements.
- Work closely with tool room stamping for production die improvements and NPD dies.
- Conduct stamping feasibility study for NPD along with team.
- Plan and design stamping die lay out for finalization of NPD inputs and data.
- Conduct DFM activities with in-house teams and external suppliers for NPD.
- Follow up with external suppliers for technical solutions for debugging and qualification of new stamping dies.
- Follow up assigned stamping die trials and qualification of product and mold developed.
- Follow up assigned new stamping die manufacturing and assembly.
- Ensure all design related documents are maintained safely as per ISO/IATF procedure.
- Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time.

- Diploma Tool & Die making
Experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in precision progressive Stamping tool design
