About the Role
Your primary responsibility is to identify potential client companies, research them thoroughly, connect with the right decision-makers, and generate business opportunities through personalized outreach.

Responsibilities:
Company Research
Research the list of companies assigned to you

Understand their business, industry, products/services, recent updates, and potential business needs

Identify opportunities where our services can provide value

Identify Decision Makers
Find the relevant decision-makers within each company (Founder, CEO, Director, VP, HR Head, CTO, Marketing Head, etc.,



depending on the service)

Collect accurate contact information such as email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and phone numbers whenever available

Personalized Outreach
Write and send personalized emails to each prospect based on your research

Avoid generic copy-paste emails; every outreach should demonstrate understanding of the company's business and challenges

Maintain a skilled and consultative communication style

Follow-Up
Send timely follow-up emails if there is no response

Connect with decision-makers on LinkedIn and engage professionally

Continue nurturing the relationship through appropriate follow-ups

Cold Calling
Reach out to prospects via phone when contact numbers are available

Introduce the company confidently, understand requirements, and attempt to schedule meetings or demos

Record the outcome of every call
