Job Summary

ORA MAKERS PVT. LTD. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through references, digital platforms, walk-ins, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.




- Schedule and conduct property site visits for interested customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Negotiate sales terms and assist customers until the booking is completed.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
