Desired Experience & Exposure: We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can own SEO (On Page and Off Page), PPC, and campaign execution not just strategize, but execute, measure and scale up conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities
- 1. SEO (On-Page & Off-Page)
- Own on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, internal linking, schema markup (FAQ, Organization, LocalBusiness)
- Execute content gap analysis and prioritize new page creation (e.g., service/location landing pages)
- Manage off-page SEO: backlink acquisition, local citations, directory listings, healthcare/immigration niche outreach
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and coordinate technical SEO fixes with dev team
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions via Google Search Console + Analytics
- Evaluate and manage marketing tool stack (Clarity, GA4, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs/SEOptimer)
- 2. AEO & GEO (Answer Engine / Generative Engine Optimization)
- Optimize content to surface in AI-driven answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini)

- Structure content in transparent, extractable Q&A; formats with direct, quotable answers near the top of each page
- Implement and expand FAQ schema, HowTo schema, and structured data to improve machine readability and citation likelihood
- Monitor brand/content visibility within AI Overviews and LLM-generated answers; track share-of-voice against competitors in generative search results
- Build topical authority through comprehensive, well-structured pillar content that AI models are more likely to cite as a source
- Ensure factual accuracy and consistency of NAP, credentials, and service details across the web LLMs cross-reference multiple sources before citing
- 3. PPC & Paid Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local)
- Manage keyword research, ad copy testing, negative keyword lists, and bid strategy
