Technical Account Manager (TAM)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing technical support of company products. You will work closely with internal product, engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience and maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Manage key enterprise accounts end-to-end - customer onboarding, implementation, and configuration.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure timely project delivery as per agreed timelines and milestones.
- Monitor system performance, integrations, and technical issues. Act as primary escalation point for critical issues (RCA, SLA compliance) to scope and deliver change requests (CRs) and L2 service requests.



Coordinate with Product/Engineering for resolutions and enhancements.
- Provide product training and technical guidance to customer teams. Roll out recent features - demos, training, adoption tracking. Create training content, SOPs, and best practices.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and customizations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementations, configurations, and client environments.
- Conduct regular account reviews and health checks with customers. Conduct QBRs - analyze usage, suggest improvements, drive adoption.
- Support renewal and upsell activities by identifying technical opportunities.
- Ensure high product adoption and reduce churn.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Implementation, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
