Role Overview

As a Customer Support & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founders and contribute to building efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, exchanges, returns, deliveries, and products.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.




- Assist in the daily operational activities of the business and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up until queries are resolved.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and adapt to new tasks as the business grows.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer-centric attitude with patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
