Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end execution of school expansion and infrastructure projects.
2. Conducting market research, feasibility analysis, and location assessment for new setups.
3. Coordinating with architects, vendors, contractors,



and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
4. Managing franchise partner relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
5. Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and operational readiness across locations.
6. Evaluating project feasibility, cost structures, and business viability.
7. Preparing reports and tracking project progress for management review.
8. Ensuring adherence to organizational standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in project management, expansion, infrastructure, retail rollout, or related domains.
2. Experience in education, retail, real estate, construction, infrastructure, or franchise-led businesses preferred.
3. Strong exposure to project execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and site management.
4. Experience in feasibility analysis, budgeting, and operational planning preferred.
