We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead – Online Reputation Management (ORM) to manage and enhance the digital reputation of our brands across social media, news platforms, search engines, forums, and review platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in crisis management and brand monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ORM team and ensure effective management of the organization's online reputation.
- Monitor brand mentions across social media platforms, websites, blogs, news portals, forums, and search engines.
- Track and analyze public sentiment using ORM and social listening tools.
- Respond to negative content, reviews, and customer feedback in a timely and qualified manner.




- Coordinate with Editorial, Social Media, Marketing, Legal, and PR teams to resolve reputation-related issues.
- Develop strategies to improve brand perception and strengthen digital presence.
- Manage online crises by implementing timely response plans and escalation protocols.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify emerging reputation risks and recommend preventive measures.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
