Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, vendor management, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software (ZOHO).
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks as required.




- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Assist in project-wise costing and expense tracking for sports infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Experience on ZOHO Software add advantage.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, sports infrastructure, or project-based industries.
