Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in influencer management, retailer and distributor handling, and territory sales execution.

The role involves generating demand through site visits, building strong relationships with contractors, carpenters, architects, interior designers, and builders, and driving tertiary sales. The candidate will also manage secondary sales through retail networks to ensure sustained primary sales volumes in the territory.

The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills with a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Management

Develop and maintain solid relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, builders, and other key influencers in the assigned territory.

Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities in line with company guidelines to drive tertiary sales.





Expand and strengthen the influencer network to enhance brand visibility and product preference.

2. Retailer, Dealer & Distributor Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.

Ensure product availability, efficient service levels, and sales growth across the territory.

Monitor order placements, stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries.

3. Primary & Secondary Sales Management

Achieve primary sales targets by driving orders from dealers and distributors.

Ensure strong secondary sales by enabling product movement at the retail level.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance and market trends in the territory.

4. Site Visits & Lead Conversion

Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and after-sales service.
