Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Physics Associate Teachers based in Thane. The role involves planning and delivering engaging physics lessons aligned with the curriculum, including relevant mathematics concepts where appropriate. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom teaching,



explaining complex physics topics in a clear and accessible manner, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Physics Associate Teacher will also support exam preparation, maintain academic records, collaborate with other faculty members, and participate in academic meetings and professional development activities. In addition, the role requires fostering a positive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking, and guiding students to achieve strong conceptual understanding and exam readiness.

Qualifications
- Robust subject knowledge in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, engaging, and outcome-focused classroom sessions.
- Comfort with Mathematics as it relates to physics topics, supporting students in problem-solving and numerical applications.
