Key responsibilities
- Apply development and configuration skills to deployment related activities and resolve technical issues.
- Help with release processes for the progression of code in the development, test, and production environments.
- Help with maintaining/updating tickets and project activities on ESM and ADO as required.
- Contribute on application testing activities.
- Understand and support integrations with other applications.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/ computer science or related fields.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Planisware solutions to support Project Portfolio Management (PPM), resource management, financial planning, and project governance processes.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of Planisware modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs, workflows, data models, and system configurations.
- Develop and maintain custom Planisware scripts, macros, reports,



dashboards, and user interfaces to meet organizational needs.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Planisware and enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, Finance, CRM, and data warehouse platforms.
- Perform data migration, data validation, and system upgrades while ensuring data integrity and application stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and development teams on Planisware development standards and best practices.
