Job Description Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects with overseas customers and global stakeholders.
- Lead new product development activities from concept to SOP.
- Ensure timely project execution and milestone achievement.
- Handle customer communication, technical discussions, and project reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Tooling, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and related quality documentation.
- Support customer audits, product validation, and launch activities.
- Drive issue resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Automotive Plastic Components Manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to overseas customer handling and international project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Ability to independently manage customer expectations and project timelines.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
- Male/female in automotive development department.
