Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting roles to coordinating interviews and assisting with candidate selection. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through the CosmoQuick platform and other channels, screening profiles and resumes, and helping schedule and follow up on interviews. The intern will assist in maintaining accurate candidate records, communicating with applicants,



and gathering data to improve recruitment workflows. Additionally, this role will support employer branding efforts by contributing to job postings, employer profiles, and candidate communications. This is a part time, remote position, offering flexibility while providing hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an interest in learning how to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including basic knowledge of candidate evaluation and selection.
