Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of Press Machines, including:
- Servo Press Machines
- Mechanical Press Machines
- Hydraulic Press Machines
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and potential customers in automotive, metal forming, sheet metal, engineering, and manufacturing industries.
- Generate leads through market research, customer visits, industry networking, and exhibitions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and machine demonstrations for customers.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide support for repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial machinery sales.
- Mandatory experience in selling Press Machines (Servo, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Presses).
- Solid understanding of metal forming, stamping, and press shop applications.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.

Preferred Skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand manufacturing processes.
- Experience in handling OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and manufacturing companies.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to market development and customer acquisition.
