, we are expanding our global sourcing team and are looking for a highly analytical and technically robust
Procurement Manager
who can drive strategic purchasing for our growing Audio Visual (AV) and Display Technology business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for domestic and international suppliers.
- Source products primarily from China and identify the most competitive manufacturers.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify the best technology, quality, and pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements.
- Develop new product features and improvements by coordinating directly with overseas factories.
- Visit suppliers and factories in China whenever required.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturers and OEM partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Management teams for new product development.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead time, and cost optimization.
- Understand import documentation, international trade practices, and logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical/ECE)
or a related technical discipline (preferred).
- Strong procurement experience in
Electronics, Audio Visual (AV), Display Solutions, Digital Signage, LED, Interactive Panels, Projectors, or similar industries.
- Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Strong technical understanding of electronic products.
- Experience dealing with Chinese manufacturers or international sourcing.
- Knowledge of imports, international procurement, and supply chain processes.
- Willingness to travel internationally, especially to China.
