Job Summary
Eyora Wearable is looking for an experienced Eyewear Sales Consultant with robust knowledge of optical products and customer handling. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, recommend the right eyewear solutions, and provide excellent sales and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable eyewear based on their prescription, lifestyle, and budget.
- Possess strong knowledge of all types of spectacle lenses, including Single Vision, Progressive, Bifocal, Blue Cut, Anti-Glare, Photochromic, Polarized, High-Index, and UV Protection lenses.
- Knowledge of leading eyewear brands, frames, lenses, and optical accessories.




- Read and understand spectacle prescriptions and guide customers in choosing appropriate eyewear solutions.
- Recommend suitable frame shapes and sizes according to the customer's face shape, prescription, and comfort.
- Explain lens features, coatings, and premium upgrades to customers and effectively convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries, after-sales service, and complaint resolution professionally.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product displays, stock, and store standards.

Eligibility
- Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an Optical Store, Eyewear Retail Brand, or Optical Sales.
- Strong knowledge of spectacle lenses, frames, brands, prescriptions, and optical products.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
