Role Description
The Senior Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their requirements,



and providing knowledgeable guidance on tile products, styles, and materials to help them make informed purchasing decisions. The role involves managing the showroom floor, maintaining product displays, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales transactions accurately. The Senior Retail Salesperson will also support inventory checks, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding Trove’s values of integrity, quality, and customer focus. This position may include mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices to ensure consistent service standards.

Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge and ability to understand tile specifications, materials, and applications.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials, home décor, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication skil
