FRANCHISE MANAGER – SOUTH REGION

Coldwell Banker – South India

We're looking for an energetic and business-focused professional to join our Franchise Development team as a Franchise Manager.

Reporting to the Regional Franchise Development Head, this role will be responsible for handling franchise enquiries, conducting business presentations, converting prospects into franchise partners and supporting their growth during the initial stages of their journey with Coldwell Banker.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Sales
- Handle all franchise enquiries generated through digital campaigns, referrals and other marketing channels.
- Qualify prospective franchise partners and understand their business objectives.
- Conduct franchise discovery meetings, business presentations and opportunity discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, financial projections and territory recommendations.
- Manage the franchise sales pipeline from enquiry through agreement signing.

Partner Onboarding
- Coordinate the onboarding of current franchise offices.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation,



training and launch activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations.

Business Development
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, existing real estate firms and industry professionals across South India.
- Generate referrals through networking events, industry associations and strategic alliances.
- Represent Coldwell Banker at exhibitions, seminars and business networking forums.

Franchise Success
- Work closely with newly appointed franchise partners during their initial growth phase.
- Monitor business performance and provide guidance to help franchisees achieve early profitability.
- Identify challenges proactively and coordinate with regional support teams to resolve them.
- Maintain regular engagement to strengthen franchise relationships and encourage long-term growth.
