Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our Data and Analytics Practice.



The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions. You will be instrumental in driving value from data through analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

1. Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to data, reporting, and analytics.

2. Business Process mapping - Translate business problems into analytical questions and identify data sources needed to support analysis.

3. Data Analysis - Perform data exploration, validation, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis.

4. Data Visualization - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

5. Story Telling - Generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders through compelling
