The Stubborn Baker is looking for a highly organized, proactive team member to help manage customer experience and support the day-to-day operations of our growing bakery.

This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, solving problems, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
What you'll be responsible for

* Managing customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email.

* Assisting customers with orders, recommendations, and after-sales support.

* Coordinating orders with the production team to ensure smooth execution.

* Stock management and inventory tracking.

* Maintaining operational records and Excel sheets.

* Supporting day-to-day backend operations and improving systems as the business grows.

* Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

We're looking for someone who Has





*at least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, operations, or a similar role.

* Speaks fluent, articulate English

* Tamil is a strong advantage.

* Is highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

* Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

* Can multitask and stay calm in a quick-paced environment.

* Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems rather than waiting for instructions.

* Is reliable, accountable, and excited to grow with a small but ambitious team.
