Job Title - Internal Auditor

Job Purpose:

Provide an independent assurance
to the Board and Audit Committee on quality and effectiveness of risk
management, internal controls and governance related system and processes.
Conduct Internal Audit in compliance to Risk Based Internal Audit Guidelines
Issued by RBI.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise, conduct, and report
on the testing and adequacy of the organize on internal controls over Support
function on processes i.e. Administration on, Treasury, Collection on, Legal
recoveries, Backend operations etc.

?? Survey functions and ac vi es in assigned
areas to determine the nature of operations, and adequacy of the system of
control to achieve established objectives

?? Produce reports highlight issues and




providing potential solution.

Skills Required:

??????? Investigate and determine the cause of
irregularities and errors.

??????? Improve Audit reports.

??????? Maintain internal control systems by
updating audit programs and recommending recent policies and procedures.
