About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Investor Relations professional with extensive experience in the Real Estate sector to build, manage, and expand relationships with Family Offices, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), High Net Worth Individuals

(HNIs), Private Wealth Firms, Institutional Investors, and Investment Advisors.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in raising capital for premium residential,commercial, plotted developments, and alternative real estate investment opportunities.

This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated investors while identifying new capital sources and strengthening long-term investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Family Offices, UHNIs, HNIs, Private Banks, Wealth Management Firms, Institutional Investors, and Investment Advisors.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for key investors throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Understand investor objectives, risk appetite, liquidity requirements,



and investment strategies to recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional investor servicing and timely communication.

Capital Raising & Business Development
- Source and onboard recent Family Offices, HNI/UHNI investors, and institutional capital.
- Raise funds for residential, commercial, land, mixed-use, and structured real estate investment opportunities.
- Present investment opportunities, financial projections, market insights, and project feasibility to prospective investors.
- Build a sustainable investor pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Achieve fundraising and revenue targets.

Investment Advisory
- Advise investors on high-value real estate investment opportunities across luxury residential, commercial, warehousing, land parcels, and income-generating assets.
- Conduct investment presentations and one-on-one
