What You'll Do

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and follow-ups.

• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.

• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Update CRM with accurate lead information and activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.

What We're Looking For





• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, software development, or IT services.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
