Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused skilled who can effectively support our sales, project execution, and office operations.

Sales & Customer Support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide timely updates.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting the sales team.
- Frequent site / field visits

Project & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Schedule site visits, material dispatches, and installation activities.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
- Coordinate with clients for inspections, measurements, and handover activities.

Operations & Administration
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase,



and logistics departments.
- Maintain project documentation, work orders, delivery challans, invoices, and correspondence.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate material procurement.
- Ensure proper filing and document control as per company procedures.
- Support office administration and day-to-day operational activities.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, work progress reports, reconciliation statements, and project trackers.
- Maintain records of customer communications, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with accurate project and customer information.
- Assist in preparing presentations, technical documents, and project submissions.

Coordination & Communication
- Act as the communication link between customers, suppliers, factory, and site teams.
- Resolve routine operational issues through effective coordination.
